Ms. Johnson has served in various roles during her tenure at Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home. Recently named “Administrator of the Year” in 2014 by the District of Columbia Health Care Association, Ms. Johnson has served as the Board Secretary for LeadingAge DC and the District of Columbia Health Care Association.

Dr. Wright has over thirty years of progressive leadership, clinical, health policy and management experience. Her experiences have spanned over various health care delivery systems and Academia. She has led several organizations to a five-star rating with recognition by the U.S. News and World Report and the National AHCA Bronze and Silver quality awards. In 2012, she was recognized as the D.C. Nursing Home Administrator of the Year and nationally awarded the American College Healthcare Facility Leadership Award. Her accomplishments have gained her recognition as the only D.C. Nursing Facility with no Clinical Deficiencies in 2014. Dr. Wright has lectured at various Universities, Colleges and at Local and National conventions. Additionally, she is an expert in the legal review of the Medical Record. She serves on various Local and National organizations, on several choirs at her church and on the Health Ministry, where they were awarded a Community Service Award in 2016. She also received an Executive Citation and Certificate of Merit because of her faithfulness and service to the community in March of 2017. Dr. Wright holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.
Adedotun Akinrinsola, RN
Director of Nursing, Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home
Ms. Adedotun Akinrinsola started her nursing career in Nigeria. She obtained her registered nurse diploma in 1988. She proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo teaching hospital Midwifery school and got certified in 1991. Ms. Akinrinsola immigrated to the United States to join her family in 2007. She started working at Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home in 2008. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2017. Prior to her promotion to the position of Director of Nursing, Ms. Akinrinsola has worked in different capacities in the organization, including nursing supervisor and clinical care coordinator. As a result of her decades of experience in nursing, commitment, leadership skills, special interest in the care of older adults and illustrious nursing career, she was promoted to the position of Director of Nursing in 2017. During her tenure as Director of Nursing, the facility has maintained a five-star rating from Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
